Rapid Assessment of the Opportunities for Decent Employment for Youth Facing Long-term Exclusion from the Labour Markets in Selected Regions of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan
The study provided an analysis of labour market needs of vulnerable youth under 30 years old. The paper covered the cycle of needs identification, gap analysis, development of specific approaches in the work of local employment centers that are responsible for inclusion of local residents in the labour marlet, recommendations and elaboration of guidelines for incorporating those specific needs.
